Positive: Very charming and relaxing environment, good facilities and the staff is very friendly.

Negative: The food at the restaurant isn’t the best you will eat in Vietnam but still useful to have as the property is located in a remote area. Also wasn’t aware there would be a service charge at the end although it’s not much (5%)

Positive: paradise. the staff are all very young and kind and eager to please. the pool is lovely.

Negative: a lot of the time felt unorganized: forgot my breakfast for 30 minutes, long waits for food, different information from different receptionists, etc. however, everyone was so pleasently polite that I couldn’t hold it against them.

Positive: Beautiful setting and garden Good restaurant Very kind and helpful staff

Negative: Our room was run down: shower, appliances, a/c… Our room didn’t have windows (glass) but only blinders which meant we had to choose between having a dark room or heat and mosquitoes. Swimming pool was dirty: not like leafs in it but proper cloudy
