Positive: Price was very reasonable for Tokyo. The communication with the host was AMAZING. She helped us with busses and tires and trains etc etc.

Negative: Nothing that we didn’t know about. There is only one toilet and one shower but this is clearly said by the description so no issue. They are in separate rooms which is nice.

Positive: Super close to the station, spacious apartment with a play room for kids, beds were comfortable, amenities were complete, laundry was easy to use, and the water pressure in the shower was great!

Negative: Not the apartment’s fault, but you need to take stairs from the street to get to the elevator in the building.

Positive: The apartment was very clean, all the facilities worked well, the beds were comfortable. The apartment is short walking distance from the train station and has useful stores around - supermarket, McDonalds, Mister Donut and more. The host was very responsive and helpful. The guide to reach the apartment was detailed and very useful (especially for first-time tourists in Japan).

Negative: Small things: the access to the apartment included 1 floor of steep stairs (which were hard for my 79 years' old mother in law); there was no storage place, so we had to keep the things in the suitcases. Notes for western tourists: the rooms' doors are Japanese style (sliding, thin doors), the kids' room is quite small (as the whole apartment, which is quite compact). Nevertheless - these things do not affect the pleasant stay (and also connect you to the local way of life).

Negative: General state of repair was pretty bad, photos are VERY flattering. Is listed as 3 bedrooms but is technically only 2 as one bedroom can only be accessed by passing through the other bedroom, floor plan was misleading.
