Positive: Clear check in instructions, although a very small apartment it was cleaned and stocked up to a wonderful standard. Lots of nice extras like coffee and toilertries The locations is great, easy access into central Tokyo on metro. On a clear morning you can even see mount Fuji from the front! We loved out stay here.

Negative: Nothing could have been better. Would stay here again

Positive: close to the train station. clean. very big sized room. included a kitchen and washing machine.

Negative: some of the structures of the building (outside) were rusted but still looked good overall. the main door didn't open at first. another tenant helped to open from the inside. after that it worked.

Positive: It was nice to have our own little apartment in Tokyo, and the location was good. The place was very clean when we arrived, which was pleasant.

Negative: The bed was really not the most comfortable ; we didn't sleep very well. Furthermore, we had a giant cockroach in the room at one point, and we also saw others in the common areas of the building. The kitchen was also very small and not practical to use. Moreover, the internet was very slow sometimes.
