Positive: The apartment was very cozy, clean, and decently comfortable. It contained lots of useful amenities and the natural lighting from the windows was nice. The bed was fairly comfortable and the blanket was pleasantly thick. The location of the property was great as well! It was very close to Kameari Station which made for easy transportation. The Ario mall across the street was also convenient for shopping and food, lots of convenience stores nearby too. I would most likely stay here again if I return to Japan in the future!

Negative: It was definitely on the smaller and tighter side but worked fine for 3 adults. The toilet did not have a bidet and the toilet paper was also very thin, not too big of a deal though. Extra pillows for the bed would have been nice as they were a bit small and flat, making it hard on the neck after a few nights.

Summary: Small but cozy and clean!

Positive: It is a comfy apartment, indeed ideal for 2 people (it would be very tight for 3). It is close to the subway station (11 min walk). Near proximity to the shopping mall or nearby restaurants (no more than 5 min). The bed didn't seem to be super stable, but it is functioning well. There were all necessities. Fridge, TV (though we didn't watch), AC, laundry with washing liquid, shampoo, tooth brushes, razor, and comb. Very detailed explanation of the rules and check-in, check-out procedure. This apartment is on the 8th floor, so it offers a pretty nice view on the city, and we were lucky to see Mount Fuji. Stay here was peaceful and calm, no noises.

Negative: It doesn't have typical japanese bidet. Also, please bear in mind that renting this apartment, you will enjoy peace and quiet, though you will need to commute to the most popular attractions of Tokyo approximately 50-60 minutes.

Negative: Double bed was a metal frame that has one end piece that kept dropping off and creaked each time we turned or moved. Sofabed was not thick enough if you are used to sleeping on a proper bed. Bathtub was really cramped. Generally if you are a medium built solo or small build couple, this apartment is fine. But larger individuals will struggle with sleep and shower.

Positive: I was glad that I finally could have access to a kitchen and a washing machine and use them at my pace –no need to pay extra for doing the laundry– Closer to a mall and other stores, you just have to walk a little It was clean and had good illumination throughout the day

Negative: Not too close to Tokyo's most famous and classic attractions. It was very tricky to get in, not in a bad way, but since they don't let you put your luggage before the check-in time –and their check-in time is after 5pm–, then you arriving when it already got dark, and after a tiring day... It doesn't make you feel welcome. The name of the building is different to the real one too, so they need to be clearer with that. Walking from the station wasn't too hard for us even carrying a lot of luggage, but if you want a closer stay, then maybe you won't like it. We were 3 nights and got amenities just for one, so that was very disappointing. The toilet is basic and old –no modern bidet included–. Anyway, I didn't have any problems with that.
