Positive: Just stay here!! The family is super kind, speak excellent English and the wife is a great cook. She can make dinner at request and you get to eat with the family. The room itself is basic like the rest of Flores but you get hot water and the bed is comfortable. The family help with organising transport, tops for the area etc

Positive: Very friendly family who looked after us extremely well. They cooked evening meals as well as breakfast (R40,000 each for evening meal), organised trips for us and also the onward bus journeys. Erwan was full of knowledge about the Mangarai and their customs. It was a fabulous stay.

Positive: I had a really nice stay and I highly recommend it. Irwan, Ernesta and their 2 children were very welcoming, caring and always there if we had any questions. The room was spacious and clean. Irwan is a tour guide so he was able to give us some advice about what to visit in the area and he also showed us around the spiderweb rice fields. The location was appreciable because it is next to the rice fields. Really good breakfast and dinner if you want to share it with them! All in all it was a great experience to share these 2 days with them

Positive: Everything is perfect ! Easy to find, in quiet area ! This is a family homestay with two rooms ! Rooms are really clean and confortable ! You can eat with the family, Ernesta cook really well ! All the family is helpfull and we really enjoy our stay !

Positive: I booked at this place on my first stay but and then I decided to book here again on the second stay, 3 days later at a place that I call as home. The owner's service is beyond my expectation, very warm and full care. They are just brilliant at making me and my whole family feeling like home. Wonderful bedroom and mattress and delicious breakfast. they have nice welcome drink of coffee, tea, and milk. Highly recommended. I definitely will come back here again
