Positive: Location is absolutely perfect prime spot for full moon festival but could escape the late night noise!! Staff are wonderfull. Comfortable beds and room had an ensuite

Positive: I booked a dorm room and when I got to the hostel I got a beautiful private room with a private bathroom! 😁 It was a great surprise! I really enjoyed staying here, the staff was very attentive and the location was the best to go for the Full Moon Party. I would absolutely return!

Positive: • Location is conveniently central yet quiet and with nature view. • Access to the gym. • Accommodating staff.

Negative: • Wifi is not very fast, not reliable for video calls. • No good place to work from. • Bathroom clean is a few days inbetween, with potentially no paper roll. • Water temperature and pressure was random. • Check-in was a bit complicated, we initially couldn't get two beds in the same room even though the booking was for two beds. This was solved by the staff after a few hours. • Staff leans in to the party / high vibe in the evening. • Curtains only for lower bunk beds. • AC can be adjusted by guests.

Negative: First we arrived there nothing was prepared for us no clean sheets nothing, got to remind them that sheets got to be changed and toilet cleaned etc. Everything is old and got to be changed, air-conditioning is bloked with dust and stuff, sometimes there's no water inside shower, room had small openings inside windows and mosquitoes were coming inside room. inside one toilet was huge spider.

Positive: Loved the location, quite close to the party but at a safe distance from the noise. Marissa was extremely helpful with the amazing recommendations for food, view points etc and Daniel was too good a company for all the hidden spots in this island. Extremely sweet people and very warm & welcoming. Most importantly as a solo traveller I completely felt safe there.
