Positive: The location and the view of the marina.

Negative: The hot water heater[water cylinder] kicked in at 2 am. The cupboard that contains the tank is next to the bedroom. However it only lasted 20 minutes and I am a light sleeper!

Positive: The balcony and view were excellent. South facing so it was very sunny and light. Lounge was good with good TV and internet connection. Good coffee facilities. The owner extremely friendly and helpful. The bath and toilet were clean.

Negative: The cupboards in the kitchen were over full with the owner’s baking and cleaning products. There were no proper drawers only a camping set of pop up storage shelves inside the wardrobe. The towels were old and grubby looking. New white hotel towels needed. The bed was too low down and uncomfortable and only space at one side. It was creaky and not relaxing. There was too much bric brac and it felt cluttered and more like someone’s home rather than a holiday apartment. Even the balcony had items that needed to be removed and did not give any benefit.

Summary: The view of the boats and south facing balcony were lovely but the very nice helpful owner could do with help to declutt
