Positive: The flat is massive with plenty of space, we had an outdoor hot tub as well as a whole area with grill and bar to ourselves. Nice pool area to chill at and opens till late. Staffs are very helpful and help us with any queries

Negative: At the top of the hill so will require a lot of walking upstairs and a hill, during hot weather can be very difficult. Uber and taxi was very easy to get so was not a huge issue.

Positive: I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. The accommodations were so beautiful, the service was top, and the location was perfect, walking just some minutes away from downtown The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. It's true that the hotel is on a hill, so there's a short uphill walk from Downtown, but it’s manageable and you can also take a car or taxi. This might be a bit tricky for elderly guests, but the views and peaceful setting are worth it!
