Positive: It was in a good location however I thought we’d be more connected with everything. For instance the hotel was not part of the villa so it was uncomfortable going there.

Negative: The property was nice, I was with my two sons and they felt very comfortable and we fit in well there. My biggest complaint was the beds there. They were very small very old and ver hard and uncomfortable. That’s not the scenario of a bed when you want to get a good nights sleep on vacation for the next day. So if you want to change one thing upgrade your beds.

Summary: All in all the place was a good location it was very accommodating if it was for less I would go there again with upgrad

Negative: There was not enough kitchenware. Only 4 plates, 4 glasses etc so constantly needing to wash up. Poor selection of pots and pans and no chopping board or other normal kitchen items to use it as a self catering base.

Negative: The chairs on the second floor balcony were not usable because the seats were completely deteriorated

Positive: Hosts were exceptional! we had everything we needed for our stay!

Negative: There was a party on a boat docked out back one night, that got rather loud and flavorful language. Surprised there were no wash cloths at the property. I may have missed reading about families, but there were a lot of young children always outside playing....which didnt bother me, but my family didnt enjoy them playing football and yelling off the back deck while we were trying to eat.

Summary: Very comfortable, clean and a great place to stay especially for families.
