Positive: The family room was spacious, and the shower was good. The food at the restaurant was very good although it takes a while to prepare. The staff was very friendly and helped us with some car bookings.

Positive: What's not to like. Amazingly homestay with. Great family that host it. Amazing spacious room, larg and very comfortable bed. Cute balcony. Great pool which they clean on a daily basis. The bathroom is really nice designed. A lot of space in the room. Great food. Bike to take to go around.

Positive: The location is nice, if you walk across the street and down the road a bit you have great access to the rice fields and the view of the mountains. The room is really spacious and has good insulation from bugs/the outdoors.

Negative: The hotel was definitely once beautiful but it is in desperate need of a face lift. The pool water has a hazy film on it, the furniture is old and missing cushions and the cushions that are there are horribly stained. There were large, thick cobwebs behind the light fixtures. We were barely greeted by the staff who shared no information with us about the property, surrounding area, or the food options. They seemed completely disinterested in having us there. We are really unsure of where all of the positive reviews came from. The property seems reminiscent of the photos shown but they are certainly from a long time ago.

Summary: Bloom is very much off the rose. Was fine for one night but are sure better options exist

Positive: I love this place, very comfortable, the experience of sleeping in traditional stilt houses of indigenous people is very interesting. It would be better if there was air conditioning for hot days. But it's okay, in the evening the temperature will drop and everything ok
