Positive: A Must-Read Until the End! We came to stay in the glamping tents, and the place is simply magical. Everything was perfect, and it’s clear that every small detail was thoughtfully planned. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more charming with all the beautiful lights. The bathrooms and showers are nearby and very comfortable. On our second night, one of us suffered from food poisoning. We contacted the staff at 3 AM, and from that moment, the hotel team never left our side. They immediately took us to a hospital just 300 meters away and stayed with us — three staff members — until they understood the situation. Especially Nhy, who stayed with us until 8 AM to help us communicate with the doctors. She also made sure we had food and medicine, paid for the treatment, upgraded us to a room with a private bathroom for better comfort, and ensured we had water and food available. All the hotel staff, without exception, checked on us the next day, and we truly felt cared for and supported. This is one of the places with the highest level of service we have ever encountered. We highly recommend staying here! Beyond the amazing service, the facilities are excellent, and we believe you will truly enjoy your stay. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Nhy, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt well again.

Positive: Great breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, and other Western and Vietnamese options. The restaurant is lovely, with a nice view over the lake, and a good number of vegetarian choices (the ones we tried were delicious), although a little pricy by local standards. Pool is small but pleasant. From the hotel you can walk straight out into the rice fields, and it's an easy walk through the countryside to nearby villages where there are also other places to eat. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provides guests with water in reusable glass bottles and you can also refill water bottles in the lobby.

Negative: The mountain-view rooms face a main road and there is a lot of traffic noise. On our last day there was incredibly loud music on a couple of occasions as the hotel was preparing to hold a festival the next day.

Positive: Brilliant location, great place to stay. Staff are so helpful and kind. Nothing too much trouble. We were even invited to their end of year party, which we thoroughly enjoyed Room was very clean and bed super comfy. Facilities include steam room, sauna etc, kayaking, and a tour of their cave. Enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would most definitely come again.

Negative: No complaints. The only comment I would make is perhaps there could be a wider selection of food options for vegetarians and vegans. Vegetarian options are on the menu, but protein base was either tofu or egg. Maybe to widen the choice a nut based or chickpea dish could be added. This isn't a complaint, merely a suggestion.
