Chico's 'Golden Triangle' is situated between Bidwell Park & Downtown, making it one of the most desirable neighborhoods in town. Mature trees, shaded sidewalks, and craftsman homes offer a pleasant backdrop for a stroll to dinner or a lunch in the park.
The Magnolia Guesthouse & balcony is your own private space. The mature and manicured garden is shared, however there is a separate seating area for Magnolia guest's private use.
The lower level of the building is not occupied and is used for storage.

Summary: The place is adorable. Felt like we were in a treehouse. The gardens, trees amazing. Very quiet, tranquil, and comfortable. The cottage had everything we could have needed. Very clean, new and comfortable. Having a private shady driveway to park in was a bonus. Will definitely recommend to friends. We feel so lucky to have found this gem! Thank you.

Summary: Stayed here with my sister while in town for a family weekend at my daughters sorority. Close to the action uteri removed enough for privacy. Space surrounded by a gorgeous garden and lovely dogwood trees! Definitely would stay here again. Loved!
