Summary: We have been coming to Chico every year to participate in the "Wildflower" bike ride. This by far has been our best stay. It's location is actually at the beginning of the route. As well, as a superb proximity to Bidwell park and downtown. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Summary: Absolutely LOVED staying at this property. Perfect for two people and right next to the park was lovely for multiple walks. The bikes were more than appreciated and helped us get around town! Going out to eat was super easy and it’s not too far from campus either so we were able to visit the UV. Cannot wait to come back!!

Summary: I really enjoy staying at this property. It wasn't available the first night I needed and other VRBOs were but I booked one night at a hotel just to wait. It is right at the park which is a great place for walks, bike rides, etc. Easy to get to all places in Chico. I find the place very clean, comfortable, and the owners are very responsive (if needed).
