Positive: This place exceeded my expectations. Went in thinking I’d have a chill two days on my own but ended up getting roped into a whole lot of fun thanks to their reps Harry, Joris, Charlotte and Kiran. It was a relatively quiet season when I went so we all formed a small intimate group that partook in activities together - I did not feel alone at any point, everyone was super friendly!

Negative: Only real issue was that I found my pillow to be mouldy when I arrived. It was swapped and then fine afterwards. Would’ve loved to see more Cambodian dinner options rather than pizza or Mexican night.

Positive: I loved the beautiful ocean views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the comfortable spaces to relax. The private room was spacious, clean, and offered great privacy. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. I also enjoyed the social activities organized by the team, such as beach volleyball, karaoke nights, and pool parties, which created a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Negative: There was nothing major I didn't like. The only thing I would suggest is providing towels for guests to use at the beach or pool, as these were not available during my stay. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Negative: Although looked like a resort very much a hostel vibe with constant pressure to buy beer. Local staff don’t appear happy. Sun lounger were hard wood and landscaping looked tired.

Positive: It's a really beautiful location and the hotel is very clean. It feels more like a fancy resort than a hostel (although I was in a private room, not a dorm).

Negative: There was no internet at all. No wifi, no mobile service. You have to walk to town to check e-mails. The kitchen is a bit slow, even when they're quiet. We waited one hour for food and then found out the order had been lost. There are no chairs in the rooms. They give you a massive room with a lovely big balcony, but you have nowhere to sit.
