Positive: Great hotel with excellent staff - Phil the manager especially went out of his way to make sure that we had a great stay - he is a credit to the company Good breakfast Brilliant pool and beach areas

Negative: It’s a little more expensive than others in Cambodia for food and drinks but worth it

Positive: The villa on the water was amazing. The villa was huge, was on the water and had a private pool. The aircon was great and it was amazing to be able to swim in the sea every morning and there was a lot of beautiful fish. You got a great view of the sunset. The team were very attentive and they brought drinks and food to the room without charge. They were very good when we got sick. The manager, Phil was very kind and attentive. Our carrier, Yin Comhey, was a delight. She made our visit - so kind and sweet. It was very luxurious. The team were very attentive and looked after us so well. I highly recommend.

Negative: The island had very little to do, the fishing village was very primitive. There were no massages or any well being activities available on the island or islands closeby. If you want to switch off and relax then this place is amazing. If you need activities, shops, walks, spas, etc. then this is not the place for you. I let the manager know that the steps into the sea from the water villas wasn't very easy to get in and out.

Positive: The private villa is perfect: beautiful spot right over the water, private pool and direct access to the sea ! We had dinner on our private terrace with a sunset view. Perfectly quiet and very comfortable bed! Breakfast was very complete with western and Asian food. Coffee made directly by the barista for free, a real plus.

Negative: Despite the effort of the resort, a bit of plastic is still floating around. Hope the local village could work on collecting more their trashes.

Summary: 2 Days in Paradise Island with the comfort of the city !

Positive: Beautiful resort the room was fantastic all the staff was wonderful great food. The manager Chansophea was great helping us organise activities. The whole resort was exceptionally clean.
