Positive: The staff: Dany and the staff are such beautiful souls. Pure and true The location: my first step onto their beach was greeted my multiple sand crabs and my first step into the sea was next to a pool of flute fish and my bungalow, a free upgrade with ensuite and views of the ocean, amongst the jungle surrounded by wildlife and bird song The food: fresh ingredients, talented chef and a good selection The vibe: back to basic, days spent dozing in beach hammock under palm trees decompressing from a hectic fast pass corporate job

Negative: Not such actually I think but if you come here expecting mod cons, shed yourself of western norm to be more open to a different lifestyle that you can teach you so much

Summary: Go, support, help protect something almost now unique in this fast changing world

Positive: The perfect place if you are looking for an environmentally low impact place to stay on a beautiful beach. The staff are super friendly and helpful, particularly the cook. The food was really good, best pancakes I've had in a long time. Great place to go snorkeling from the beach. Good place if you wanting to chill and appreciate the beach and the jungle.

Negative: Nothing to do with the accommodation, but one day when we went snorkeling there was a net across the reef with dead fish catch in it. With so little coral reef left, it's shocking to witness such indiscriminate fishing and destruction :( If you don't like nature or dogs, maybe not the place for you. We shared our bungalow with a bat and a frog. And there was a cool pack of dogs that hang out there.
