This spectacular ocean front luxury home has a private beach and over 5500 square feet of living space. The home features a first floor and a second floor master suite, two additional bedrooms that share an attached bath and a third floor bunk room. There is plenty of space for the whole family with a beach-front great room, media room, game room, laundry room, beach front deck and whole house sound system. There is a workout room with weights, a squat rack, Concept2 rower and stationary bike.
The home is located on the best stretch of private beach on the north side of Cape Cod and sleeps a maximum of 10 people. The home is undoubtedly the finest vacation rental in the area. This is NOT a typical Cape Cod cottage. The kitchen is fully equipped for a professional chef and the home includes fine furniture and art work, all cotton linens and towels. Everything you need for fun at the beach is there: Kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, games and toys. The beach front deck is great for lounging throughout the day as well for enjoying the amazing sunrise in the morning and the spectacular sunset at dusk. This vacation property has all the amenities of your own home combined with unparalleled ocean views from every room in a private beachfront setting. Summer 2025 requires a 7 day minimum stay beginning and ending on Sunday.

Summary: From the moment you open the door, you know this house is something spectacular. Not only is it beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you may need, but the view off the deck is breathtaking. Not that you would ever want to leave the house, but if you do, you’ll find great markets, delicious restaurants and cute shops very near by. Todd is a wonderful owner and extremely responsive. He answered every question promptly and took care of any request immediately. He made us feel like a guest in his home as opposed to just renters. We did not want to leave and hope we can return in the near future
