Summary: From the beginning it was very good communication from the host. The house is very clean, spacious, very comfortable, very nice beds, kitchen perfectly full of utensils. It is in a very quiet area with a beautiful yard to look at the stars. I really recommend it 100%. very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this wonderful house.

Summary: We came down for a vow renewal in Fernley and this was the perfect place for all of us to stay together for the weekend. We had no issues with the property and loved the back patio space to have coffee in the mornings. Definitely a recommend from us!

Summary: This home is gorgeous and shows just as listed. Maria, our host, was available for questions with quick response. Everything we needed was already there, all we had to bring was food & drink! We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood too! A horse at the front door was a really cool sight!

Summary: We had an incredible stay here in Fernley in large part because of your home. It was spacious, clean, well stocked, close to everything that you might need. Maria was very informative and she made the check in/out process seamless. The cherry on top was having wild horses daily come and show us their beauty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Reno/Fernley area.
