Large, mostly private back yard, great for entertaining. Backs up to the airpark, and the Pine Nut Mountains. If you fly in, we can arrange to leave the golf cart at the tie down area for your stay.

Summary: We came to Dayton and met several family members at this location. The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Keeping in contact with the property manager was very easy, he responded quickly and in a timely manner with any questions we had. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Summary: Even though the snow was a 30-40 min drive away, there’s a lot to do inside the house. Loved the game room, board games, and movie options they had. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. My family and I definitely enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful big house.

Summary: The house was a perfect place for us to stay during a work trip to Carson Valley. Easy and convenient check-in, everything was as pictured in the house. Comfortable beds, great kitchen/living area and fun game room. Distance was a bit far, but well worth the extra time to get there and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: What a great stay in Dayton while being super close to our family for the holidays. I could see spending time here in the warmer months and enjoying more of what the house has to offer. BBQ, Back Yard, & the golf course. Being 18-33 degrees we stayed inside the whole trip.

Summary: Exceptional property with exceptional owner communication. The owner decorated the house for Christmas for us!! We had a college kid, an 86 year old grandmother, our other kid is a local attorney. The dog loved the airpark to run outside the back gate. We watched a lot of movies! I highly recommend this property!! If our house is not built by next Christmas, we'll be back. Thank you! A perfect place....even though the weather wasn't great for golf.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family’s mission to bring Thanksgiving to my mother-in-law, who could not travel this year. From the layout, to the game room, to the well-stocked kitchen and the large yard for the dog, it gave us everything we needed. I have a feeling we will be back soon, making this our home base for visiting the folks moving forward.
