Summary: as always when we stay in Fernley NV. This is the best place to stay. Very nice property..well maintained and very friendly, helpful staff

Summary: Room wasn't ready at check in time had to sit in lobby for half an hour. Stayed for 3 days rooms were never cleaned during stay. We had to track someone down to get clean towels.

Summary: This is an older hotel, but they keep it maintained. It would have been nice if the ice machine worked, but it was scheduled.

Summary: I check all the boxes, we didn’t actually stay here due to a mistake I made in booking it! We weren’t even close to the property and it was non refundable. I immediately contacted Hotels.com and they were able to get me a full refund the next day !! Mr Dan hotel manager!!! Thank you

Summary: The best staff. The staff takes really good care of this place. I stay there every year and the staff feel like family. The hotel is the best one in Fernley. Very clean, the parking lot is picked up. Great breakfast.

Summary: Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Staff on site were helpful and accommodating. When booking this room we accidentally booked the room for the following weekend after our intended stay although we did not discover this until after our original stay. Although the accidental room reservation was non-refundable, we tried contacting the hotel to discuss the situation via text, chat, and phone but never received a reply via any of these methods. Again, it's our fault that we accidentally booked a non-refundable room, but the fact that the hotel would even reply or respond to our inquiries, even if to say "we're sorry, no refund", is unprofessional.

Summary: Comfortable room with couch to sit on for both of us and a chair. Perfect set up to watch tv except the dish system was not working well and couldn't get news or any program we could watch
