Summary: Lovely house. Great location and convenient to town and the freeway. A shelf in the shower would be helpful. Having the shampoo, conditioner, and soap on the floor was very inconvenient. Bed was comfortable although too high for me (5'4" tall). The dining room chairs are metal. Very clean.

Summary: We took was short trip to Yuma to check out the area and stayed at Brookes. The house was located close to the Planet Fitness Gym and the grocery stores. The house was clean, well equipped and as described. We liked the space both inside and out. Back yard has a firepit and BBQ, great to enjoy the out doors. Check in was easy and communication.

Summary: This is a great property! The house was perfect for our family to be together. Pristine clean, well equipped with plenty of inside and outside space for our group of 6 adults. It's even better than the photos and description with lots of personal touches most rentals don't provide. The location was safe and convenient and our host was very responsive. We highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again.
