Summary: Loved the house have stayed there before, will use again.Had check in problem code did not work took some time to resolve but got in. Over all great house

Summary: Very clean, good area, nice yard, comfortable bed, just wish they'd thought of providing Kleenex and kitchen condiments, the provided 3 hotel packs of coffee were last year's and the cooking oil was rancid 2 yrs old. I had to buy Kleenex, coffee filters, sugar, ketchup, olive oil, and coffee. If my stay was short I wouldn't have been happy to have to buy all that for 3 or 4 or 5 days. They do have spices which was nice.

Summary: Very comfortable, nice space, super back patio for resting or visiting. The house was spacious and very nice place to stay. If we come to Yuma again, I would try to get this same again. Nice kitchen and clean home. Nice backyard with nice landscaping.

Summary: Winter getaway with friends. Stayed almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Very comfortable home, good location and neighborhood. To say this house was clean would be a supreme understatement!! Even the patio area was spotless. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it would certainly come again.

Summary: We stayed at the Dawn Ave property 11 weeks and every day was very enjoyable. The property is very clean and comfortable. The location was very good. The yard at the property is very beautiful and relaxing. We walked around the neighborhood nearly every day. During our stay we made a few day trips around the area also. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody staying in the Yuma Foothills area. I would rate this property an 11 out of 10.
