Positive: Property Very clean, plenty of space, exactly as posted on website. 🙂My trip was a quick] overnight stay to catch an early flight. I had time to wash clothes, re-pack, go out for a quick dinner, and watch TV on the comfortable sofa. I will say bedroom furniture quality is cute and fair. 🙂But it is not of high-end comfort.

Negative: Challenges: Number 1: So I did wish the property had an ironing board and a REAL iron.😱 Instead, they had a tiny hand steamer! It is nearly impossible to smoothly IRON OUT WRINKLES with a tiny hand "steamer." A tiny steamer to remove wrinkles out of a T-shirt and pants, and where do you hang the shirt to neatly remove wrinkles without shirt falling to the floor? 😲It was a huge challenge. Second challenge ONE shower lacked its own shampoo, conditioner, soap, or body wash. I found one set of body liquids. The villa has two bathrooms. One shower and one bathtub shower combination. Beautiful indeed. At my age, I no longer use tub combinations without grab bars. The First bath has a shower unit, and ZERO grab bars and zero built-in shelf for the soaps or shampoos. I had to get the liquids from the 2nd bath so i could use the walk in shower. Also, i noted that the floor was slippery and dangerous. The towels were excellent! But no facial towels😱. So another challenge when using shower without safety bars, I will only rate them at a 7 at best. NEXT, BEDDING. Not hotel best. I appreciate the use of washer / dryer. I always wash at the end of my trip. I take my own wash pods and dryer sheets as I have a preference. Property has a serene patio, if i had a longer stay i would use. Very loverly! The kitchen is immaculate if I had a use for it. I only had one use ... fridge. The property does not turn on the ice maker. I was disappointed i had no ice for my drink.

Positive: It is a nice house with two suites, kitchen, laundry room, and dining and living rooms. The access to inside the house is easy thru the use of a digital lock. The price was very competitive when comparing to the amounts charged by the hotels in the area for a suite with a kitchen.

Negative: The back of the house was close to the highway, so we could hear the traffic in that area of the house. However, the living room and one of the suites that are located in the other area of the house were very quiet.

Summary: We are definitely coming back, if the house is available.
