Summary: The location and the views are awesome. Walking distance to downtown Carlsbad. And beach is just down a long flight of stairs or can enjoy the ocean from the patio or living room. The furniture in the living room and kitchen table and chairs are getting old and spotted. Time to be replaced. Also in the afternoon the patio gets very hot from the sun, so an umbrella would be a nice addition.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the deck overlooking the ocean spectacular, and the kitchen well stocked. The only drawback is the property is right next to the public access to the beach and was quite noisy late at night on the weekends. But would definitely return.

Summary: This place is great! Right on the beach and close to the heart of Carlsbad Village. This is my third time staying here and I like the staff They are very hard working people and very accommodating. They take very good care of their clients and are friendly and easy to work with. They take good care of the property. I have such good experiences with them and will only vacation at this facility.
