Summary: We were so comfortable at this pristine property. Nicely renovated and tastefully decorated, we had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. We enjoyed both the BBQ and the firepit, and the many cute restaurants in charming downtown Carlsbad that were within walking distance. We appreciate how welcome the host made us feel - great communication!

Summary: Very nice experience. Home appears recently remolded and well stockedEnjoyed the fire pit especially since weather was cool. Appreciated cleanliness and timely responses from owner, Steve. Location was great in that a nice walk or quick drive took us to beach, town and multiple restaurants.

Summary: This place was a fantastic getaway for me and my family. It had all the amenities and tools needed for a great stay…even down to beach accessories. Steve was very communicative and helpful. The only slight downside was the traffic noise. Other than that, we loved our stay!!

Summary: The house was well appointed, clean and updated throughout. The back yard was very enjoyable with the comfy chairs and fire pit! Thank you for such a great getaway! The only thing we could think of was maybe gave a couple of extra throw blankets, but overall we give our stay a 10/10!
