Summary: Beach Villas in Carlsbad was incredibly an amazing place & room to stay for our family. Perfect location directly next to Beachside. Extra Large 2bed/2bath w/gigantic patio overlooking ocean w/ huge table for family outdoor dining, patio set to relax, & propane grill. Rooms great sizes & clean. Room#4 had everything we needed in bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen- just like being home. Entire place was clean top to bottom; modern minimalist beach feeling inside; We had one designated parking spot next to stairs by our entrance. Rm 4 on 3rd floor lots of steps up, no elevator. Safe neighborhood. Walking distance to Carlsbad Village- fun place to explore for shopping, coffee, & restaurants. Definitely returning to this property.

Summary: The property was nice. The staff was really helpful. The only issues i had was the loud noise upstairs that woke us up early everyday. I dod speak to someone about it, but the noise continued. I also had to buy towels and toilet paper. You could wash your towels but, we didn't have coins.

Summary: This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property. We absolutely love the location and the view! The condo works out perfect for our family. It's walkable to so many shops, restaurants and fun things to do! It looks like they may have painted the unit, added some decor and fixed it up a bit from last time. We'll stay again next time! Highly recommend.
