A traditional and stylish, 3229 square feet ((ft²), villa on 2 levels, situated in Javea in the much sought-after and quiet neighbourhood called Tosalet (24/7 CCTV security), conveniently located just a few minutes away from the beach by car, turquoise creeks, shops and restaurants. The garden which is approximately 0.3 of an acre has no open outlook, the south orientated swimming pool is 29ft long and 14ft wide. Accommodation capacity is for 8 people.
There are 4 double bedrooms (3 have sea views and en suite bathrooms) all equipped with big closets, a large daylight streamed sitting room with an open fireplace and sea view, equipped with a 43” TV set, a dining room with balcony, toilets, fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine), a wash house and a pantry.
All the rooms in the house have wonderful sea views except for one bedroom. All windows have mosquito screens and fans. Character features include great ceiling heights and exposed wooden beams under the garden porch, in the sitting and dining rooms.
The large terrace with a lounge area has a roof and is just a few steps away from the pool. There is a table with chairs for lovely outside meals and 6 sunbeds. In the garden you will find a gas barbecue, night lights and an egg shaped hanging chair.
The villa is situated in a very quiet street with no traffic. Price includes bed sheets, bathroom towels, a housecleaner before arrival and after departure, and a garden and pool upkeeping.

Summary: Dear Emma, Thank you very much for our amazing stay in your gorgeous villa! Everything was just perfect! The villa is beautiful, fully equipped! The rooms are large, with good closet space and annex bathroom which we greatly appreciated! Beautiful large living room, very nice decorated and with a lovely view! The pool was of good size and the garden around just fabulous! My little niece enjoyed all the plants around! :) The villa is situated in a good neighborhood. In a 10 min you can easily reach the beach or supermarket and parking at the beach was free :) I can highly recommend the villa and communication with Emma was easy and quick! Summary: Our family of 6 had a great time staying at this beautiful villa. Communication leading up to our arrival (and throughout our stay) was excellent, always prompt and helpful. The villa itself is quite stunning and exactly as pictured. It was very clean, modern and super comfortable. Emma graciously left us a bottle of cava, juice and some breakfast munchies...an extremely thoughtful gesture! The location was excellent for exploring. Our 4 kids loved being there as well. We'll definitely be back and Emma's house would be our first choice. I highly recommend it!

Summary: Emma's place is wonderful. It was beautifully appointed and was in a perfect and lovely location: the Tosalet, a few minutes to the beach or the old village. Javea completely charmed my family and Emma's villa was a large part of that impression.

Summary: We were 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) and the villa was ideal for all of us. The inside is brand new and so very nicely decorated. You can watch over the sea from every room, it is so delighful. The swimming pool and garden are both very quiet and we enjoyed spending time there. On the negative side (not a real one actually) you wil need a car as there are no local amenities within walking distance. However, supermarkets, shops and restaurants are only 3 minutes away by car. I strongly recommend this place and will definetly be back next spring.
