Positive: The staff was extremely nice, especially Kat (yes I remember you girl :)), and this saved my experience to be honest. The breakfast and food in the evening was super yummy and the location of the guesthouse is really good. WiFi is nice and working pretty well.

Negative: I think the whole experience was overpriced compared to the quality that is offered. The bedroom was not as described - no table nor chairs, no fan, not very clean (I found a roach in the shower), no toilet paper (I had to ask), not properly functioning hot water, very loud AC, bad general insulation (it rained inside my room and I could hear absolutely everything), no daily cleaning, and the list goes on. I slept well the first night but if you have back pain just know that the mattress is thin. Also as my flight got cancelled I really did my best to contact them in advance and gave them proof when I got there and the management just basically ignored my request and booking’s request. They didn’t even want to have a proper discussion and just ignored me, which make me think they are a lot about money and not interested in their customers need. I think it could have been discussed regarding the whole situation where they are not 100% clear about the service they are offering as well. I won’t come back I’m very disappointed about my experience, and if you see the reviews I’m giving, I’m pretty tolerant and generous in the grades I’m giving.

Positive: The room I booked was stated as a sea view room, in which I chose specifically and paid more than the option without sea view listed. There is no sea view at this guest house so this is very misleading. When I pointed this out, I was told that the sea was there but you couldn’t see it because the trees were in the way - That’s definitely not how a sea view room works. I only stayed a night so it served its purpose.
