Positive: Very nice and clean place Looks and feels new and the apartment is made so it feels like a high quality hotel. A good place to stay when you want to be in charge of everything by yourself. Free coffee and tea available and there is a shared fridge you can use to store food. For the price it is a really nice place.
Negative: Easy to hear the neighbours in the other apartments. Even regular talk went through the walls Very very difficult to find. No one in the area knows the place, so you cannot ask for help. We used 30 minutes to find the right way, even though we were together with locals, and we were just beside the hotel all the time. We even called the hotel. Also there are no signs or logo to help you find the right road or way. The mosquito net at the entrance to the apartment is not tight to the door frame, so it offers no help in keeping the mosquitos outside.

Positive: Beautiful, spacious new apartments on two floors, which are cleverly designed and maintained with lots of love and care. It is located off the mainroad and you have to pass about 50 m on a smaller path, but everything is really close by and in walking distance. The owner is extremely kind and helpful and does everything to make you feel welcome and your stay comfortable. We enjoyed our time there a lot and can fully recommend it.

Positive: Edge of busy area so nice and quiet - 15 minutes walk to town center. First floor has table, 2 chairs, counters, sink and bathroom. 2nd floor is small bedroom. Ceiling height is good. Decent AC in upstairs/bedroom. Edna who works there is lovely and took great care of us.
Negative: It’s small. Stairs inside are steep and you have to go down them if you wake up in middle of night to go the bathroom! Dirt rocky path from street to building. Enter at Villa milanel sign and head right immediately.
Summary: Fine for a short stay.

Positive: We are traveling with a baby and planned to stay in Port Barton for a while so we’re quite fussy about the accommodation. This apartment exceeded our expectations. Very new, comfortable and spacious with reliable amenities. The people who run this place are kind, friendly and helpful. It’s located an easy walk from the action but is tucked away from the main road. I can happily recommend this place to people looking for a comfortable and cosy place to stay.

Positive: Fantastic newly built accommodation. Good location only about 10 minutes walk from Port Barton seafront, but away from the loud part of town. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby! 2 floors to ourselves with plenty of room for luggage and storage. Amazingly accommodating host, offering umbrellas when rainy and sorted out logistics for our transfers very easily and fairly.
Negative: As the property is newly built there were a few minor teething issues which were sorted while we were there. It was slightly difficult to find from the road, if you decide to stay here, I recommend contacting the property to get tuk-tuk, very good price and much easier than trying to explain the location to drivers.

Positive: The property is very new. We were the 3rd people to stay there. The location is slightly remote from the main road, which we liked because it was very peaceful and quiet. The staff was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed, and they even repaired our luggage. They are also very open to help with arranging tours, renting motorbikes, and giving advice on what to visit in the area. We were happy to have hot water, AC, and it was nice two floors and separate bedroom. The house was very spacious.
Negative: It was a bit difficult to find, but not a huge issue.

Positive: The owner was great it's gorgeous inside and the ac is amazing as well as the hot water it's very clean and very big actually very big.
Negative: It's a bit hard to find it's in-between two other places kinda in the woods so it's difficult to find but it's going to pur up signs soon we loved our stay and hight recommend this place
