Positive: Location is perfect, views are stunning, stuff are super nice and kind, breakfast is so yummy. The room is basic, but has everything you need. The wifi connection isn’t very reliable, but we didn’t care about it. It was an opportunity to truly disconnect, and could always go to the main house if connection was needed.

Negative: Everything was super good. They were making the room everyday, changing the towels, and refilling with fresh water. Claus and Clara ( the dogs) are super friendly and beautiful. The owners are really helpful, they make you feel at home.

Positive: The view from the top of the hill was beautiful. Waking up in the morning to that peace and quiet immersed in the nature is priceless. The owner was the most kind and helpful host. She helped us with all the questions we had. Super breakfast

Positive: The hosts are incredibly friendly & personable, we felt like a part of the family. 2 dogs & the cat are so cute! The room was comfortable & only a short 5 minute walk from the beach.

Negative: The WiFi is poor in the main house & doesn’t stretch at all to the room we had which was frustrating.

Positive: We stayed at Santa Claus Hilltop for seven nights and it was the highlight of our trip to the Philippines. The owners and staff were kind and warm, they opened up their place to us and delighted us with stories of travels far and wide and the history of Port Barton. Every morning we were greeted with delicious breakfasts, a breath taking view and great recommendations before setting off for our day. The view from the main house is a slice of paradise perched above the garden and overlooks the village and ocean. We had a tough time leaving because it was such an amazing stay. We hope to return to Santa Claus Hilltop some day. Thank you for everything! xo
