Positive: Sandra was very friendly and accommodating, she sorted our transport to the airport and bikes to hire! rooms were air conditioned and the location was perfect, would stay here again.

Positive: The hotel has a laid back vibe with a nice pool in the middle that brings people together. Lots of families here and it really is a short walk to town/beach (less than two minutes). The staff really make this place what it is. We dropped off laundry on the first day we arrived and one of our sons unknowingly left a significant amount of money in his pocket by accident. Not long after we received a knock on our room door to hand over the money they found, we were so impressed by the honesty. Sandra at the front desk was the friendliest and most helpful person we could ask for. She fulfilled every thought we had and did it all with a smile and a joke and made everyone feel at home.

Negative: They advertise breakfast included which is really just toast and coffee/hot chocolate. I think if fresh fruits/cereal or something were added then it would be more appropriate to refer to it as breakfast. Wouldn't change my plans of visiting here again because of this though.

Positive: The location of the accomodation is amazing. It’s in a more quite part of Port Barton, with a shortcut access to the beach (only a 3min walk). The host is super super friendly and makes you feel like you’re at home. She also helped us with booking the island tour and arranging a tuktuk at 5am in the morning. We stayed in one of the cabins and that was an amazing experience.

Negative: The first night there was lots of noise (from other people and stray cats that were fighting).

Positive: The property was exactly what we needed and in a great location. Was great value for money and Sandra was a delight to deal with!

Negative: Nothing we didn’t like but would have been even better is the aircon unit on the wall was facing the bed instead.
