This delightful 3 bedroom mews house on 3 floors is extremely unusual and attractive. It is situated in a quiet mews, only a few minutes from local shops, buses and Pimlico tube station but because of its location has great benefit of peace and quiet with no through traffic in the mews. Entry into the property is directly into the sitting/dining room, which is furnished and decorated in elegant and comfortable traditional English design. There is a dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa and chairs, and open plan staircase up to the first floor. On the entrance level is a large, well equipped kitchen with a full range of good quality fitted base and wall units. There is a washer dryer, dish washer, fridge/freezer, cooker and hob. Internet is provided. Going up the stairs to the first floor there is a large open plan area at the top of the stairs which can be utilised as a TV sitting room or reading room plus a single sofa bed. There is a flat screen colour tv, writing desk and is attractively and traditionally furnished and has wooden beamed ceiling. The master bedroom has large double bed which can be split to make 2 single beds. There is a range of fitted cupboard/wardrobes. Again furnishing is traditional. The adjacent bathroom has good quality bath with power shower over, wash hand basin, and W.C Going up to 2nd floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one double and one single. There is also a modern shower room/w.c There is a parking space available in the mews.
CHECK IN PROCEDURE:
Please note that whilst official check in is 1pm, we will try to let you check in before 13:00 should you arrive on an early flight. However, i this depends on whether previous guests are leaving that day so a same day changeover. We always do our best to ensure guests have a stress free check in and as little delay as possible. Once we have your full flight/Arrival information, then we will be able to confirm check in arrangements.
Check in times vary between 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and only when we have your full flight/arrival information can we make check in arrangements. Outside of these hours or weekends, we will need to book our taxi service with key delivery.
CHECK IN: Not guaranteed before 2pm β appointments must be made
Guests can usually arrive from 10am, by appointment only, to leave lug-gage and collect key.
(In the event of a same day changeover, housekeeping staff may still need access in the larger flats to finish laundry after 2pm, but check in will be granted)
OFFICE HOURS/OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS(*) Office hours for check ins are 09.00 β 14.30 Monday to Friday. Guests arriving via airport outside normal office hours between 14:30 β 18:00 and all throughout weekends there will be a Β£60 key delivery and check-in help
We can also provide taxi transfers from airport from 15:00 to 23:00 during week days and from 09:00 to 23:00 during weekends with competitive rates (Please inquire), so that keys can be also be provided when our office is closed (In this case you will not pay for Β£60 key collection fee).
(*) Guests arriving via airport during British Bank Holidays should be aware that the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided when our office is closed. This will be arranged for you driver will meet you in arrival halls and will take you straight to the apartment and check you in. By the way we never charge a taxi fee. we use licensed London taxi drivers and they charge you and its all confirmed up front.
Please note that our representatives can only secure a time slot of one hour. If you arrive late then additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of Β£16 per hour and charged on a quarter hour basis, ie for every 15 minutes late then Β£4 payable.
Important note ( as part of our house rules) - : It is very important and the guests responsibility that we receive your arrival details. We offer private apartments and none of them have reception facilities. We are unable ar-range delivery of keys if we are not informed your arrival details prior to your arrival.
OUT OF HOURS ARRIVALS(*) Guests arriving outside normal office hours and weekends should be aware that the taxi transfer service is necessary, so that keys can be provided to the driver in advance, when our office is closed and the driver will ensure youi get into the apartment. The reduced rate Taxi service costs can be provided, depending on the arrival airport and how many people in the party
The taxi is totally NON profit making by us. We organize it for the comfort and security of guests arriving off a long flight and getting into central London. They are met inside the arrivalβs hall at the airport, helped to the cab and taken directly to the flat. We give the driver the key so there is no waiting around. We use a Licensed London taxi driver in the official London black cab (not necessarily actually black in colour) he is vetted and bonded by Metropolitan Police and is fully insured. The guests do not have to worry about finding the correct address and flat, wandering around the street with heavy luggage and they go straight in β no delays. The driver we use is very experienced, all our guests love him and ask him to take them back too because of the comfort and pleasant way to travel they experienced on arrival. However, the return journey is totally up to the individual guests
If guests are not arriving by air but by car or train, whether it be internal or Eurostar, outside normal hours, we will arrange a personal out of hours meet and greet which is at a rate of Β£60 during the week (Mon - Fri) until 17:00. Please discuss this with us when making your reservation. We will always try to help where we can.
Eurostar and other train arrivals: Please make sure that the train is scheduled to arrive at the London station terminus they arrive at before 1.30pm latest. This will give you the time to exit the station β this can be very slow β and there can be queues for taxis. Our aim is to ensure guests arrive stress free. During weekends (Saturdays/Sundays and Public Holiday) our liaison office are closed. Therefore, we will arrange a private transfer for you. The driver will meet guests at London station terminus and take them straight to the flat and make sure you get in safely. He will collect the key in advance and so taking into account the cost of the taxi, which makes it much easier for you. During out of office hours and weekends, based on the distance between the Train station and the property we will arrange a private taxi service where the driver meets you personally and holds the keys for your apartment and check you in. The rate for this is Β£85.
IMPORTANT:Sadly, occasionally guests do not give the correct information as to who and how many people will be staying in the apartment. In the UK there are strict regulations in respect of maximum occupancy levels. Therefore, please ensure that you provide the names of everyone in your group, and where there are children, please provide their ages. We reserve the right to refuse check in if the number of guests arriving exceeds the number booked
Latest check-in by representative on Christmas Eve is 13:00 and Christmas day and New Year day arrivals are not possible.
