Summary: Great communication from Caroline and John, the concierge, was incredibly friendly and helpful! He showed us around the apartment upon arrival and gave in depth instructions on everything including the washer and dryer which were very much needed.

Summary: What a perfect stay in London's Pimlico neighborhood. A well-appointed, comfortable flat. The owner's communication was excellent, and the concierge (names omitted here intentionally) met us on site to let us in and make us comfortable. Easy access to tube, a Tesco express (grocery), and the Pimlico Saturday farmer's market. This will be our first choice when we are in London from now on.

Summary: We had an absolutely wonderful stay in our accommodation which was fully equipped and beautiful. Caroline and John made us feel so welcome, even provided a thoughtful welcome basket of chocolates and wine plus some breakfast items in the fridge. The location is great, so close and handy to everything. Our stay was for a week and we would definitely stay again if we came visited London again. Summary: Apartment is very well located and beautifully furnished and kitchen well appointed. Carolyn left breakfast provisions, wine, chocolates etc. After a 2 day trip from Australia it was much appreciated.Communication with Carolyn was excellent and John, The Concierge, was a pleasure to deal with and he provided us with lots of information about the apartment. The apartment has lovely outdoor areas as well.The Pimlico metro is about a 10min walk. We would highly recommend Carolyns apartment to anyone spending time in London. Lynne and Marilyn

Summary: Great location. Easy to walk places and easily accessible to Victoria underground station. Comfortable flat that was clean and had every amenity we needed. Really appreciated the host providing us with eggs, bread, cheese and ham. Highly recommended this property.

Summary: We had a great stay at the flat. It’s in a great location, so very quiet. The building is beautiful and the flat itself is so charming. We loved having coffee out on the front balcony in the morning. We really appreciated having access to the washer/dryer as it made it possible for us to only bring a carry-on. The bed is rather small for two people (felt like an American double and we are used to a king) but we managed. Make sure you read all of the info in the handouts, they are very helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Summary: We arrived in London around 2:30pm and arranged early check-in in advanced. John met us and was wonderful! So sweet and it was awesome they let us in before 4pm. The flat is in an awesome area and we walked to many attractions. Thanks Caroline and John! We'll be back!

Summary: The stay at this apartment was very nice. The apartment feels like a home away from home and is pretty spacious. It sits on the most picturesque street in a charming neighborhood and is close to public transportation and lively areas. The only thing that guests should be aware of is that the apartment does not have air conditioning. The hosts provided 2 oscillating fans and the weather wasn’t too warm so we did not suffer, but you should be aware if you are going in the warmer months.

Summary: We had a great time! It is a very cosy, clean and well equipped apartment in a central, yet quiet area of London.Both Caroline and her concierge John are really considerate and helpful.Supermarkets, decent restaurants and public transportation can all be found within (short) walking distance (10 min max). Buckingham Palace, River Thames and Westminister are also readily accessible by foot. There is a balcony facing the street and a terrace towards the patio, which are both nice options if the weather allows. Items for the first breakfast were provided, and indeed lasted for several days. In the living area you have various lighting options to suit your mood.One thing to bear in mind though - especially if travelling with a pushchair - is that the apartment is on the first floor and both staircase (no lift) and hallways are not too wide. This was not really an issue for us, but I could imagine that might be different for others.
