This newly refurbished, beautiful 4 bedroom maisonette is situated in Pimlico with amazing views of Big Ben, Battersea Power Station and MI5. This stay is excellent for families or groups of friends who seek a central location just minutes away from London's best entertainment. Pimlico Underground station is a 2 min walk and Victoria Train Station is a 10 min walk. Restaurants and convenience stores are at your doorstep!
NOTE: The flat sits on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors without a lift/elevator.
THE SPACE
TOTAL -- 4 bedrooms, 1 gym/small single bedroom, 2 en-suites, 1 giant family bathroom with a massive skylight, 1 half landing bathroom, open plan kitchen/living/dining space.
FLOOR BREAKDOWN --
2nd fl: Entry area, coat cupboard and 2 en-suite bedrooms with Super King size beds. 1 half landing bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd floors.
3rd fl: Open plan kitchen, living and dining room.
4th fl: 2 bedrooms with 1 Super King and one King size beds, 1 giant family bathroom with massive skylight, 1 gym/small single bedroom, laundry cupboard with washer/dryer.
Roof: Seating area and BBQ.
The property has just gone through an extensive renovation. This is our residence and there will be personal items throughout, however there is plenty of cupboard and closet space available for up to 8 guests. The property is strictly no smoking.
Noise restrictions: We want our guests to feel at home and enjoying music is a big part of that, but noise must be kept to a moderate level in consideration of our neighbours. If the police are called due to a disturbance, we will immediately terminate the booking.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at this Pimlico flat with easy access to the Tube. The flat is very clean, comfortable and has everything you will need for your stay. The rooms are sizable and it was nice having two rooms with their own bathroom and a very large bathroom for the other two rooms. Rachel was great to communicate with and quick to answer any of our questions. Highly recommend!

Summary: I came to London with a family of 8 and this apartment was perfect for all of us. We had plenty of space and privacy. The location of the underground made seeing the sites easy. The apartment was clean and well-fitted for the US traveler. If you are looking for a comfortable great location look no further you won't be disappointed.

Summary: Hugely enjoyable stay in this great property. Short walk to Pimlico tube for sightseeing, and everything a large group could possibly need in the accommodation. Rachel was a great host, and flexible with the arrival time of our party of 7. Even a welcoming bottle of champagne!
