Positive: The location was great the property was a lovely home from home, the kitchen was well equipped , the beds were comfy and lots of attention to detail. There is some wear and tear around the place but this doesn't detract from the lovely home.

Negative: Pet hair on the carpets and the vacuum wasn't strong enough to lift them which was a little bit of a problem with a crawling baby, that said we had a lovely stay.

Positive: Absolutely gorgeous, utterly faultless! The house was a brilliant size, it was incredibly well stocked, the beds were super comfortable, the hot tub was amazing and we just had the best time. The main bedroom was huge and every room had so much storage. There was milk and butter in the fridge, a lovely goodie basket, tons and books and games and cushions for all the outside furniture. Just couldn’t have asked for anything else! The location was also superb, there was a lovely big park opposite and the cathedral, castle and town were a short walk away. The best holiday property we have had! Thank you so much for such a brilliant stay in your beautiful house.

Positive: Well placed inn Lincoln for up hill or down hill . Good parking outside the property or close by. Fabulous house throughout, beautifully decorated and stylishly furnished. All rooms very comfortable with plenty of seating and space, gorgeous bedrooms & bathrooms. The outside area is just perfect we had great weather while there so sitting out and using hot tub was an extra treat.

Negative: Nothing not to like !
