Positive: One of the most enjoyable stays I had in years of travelling, the location is perfect, the house is beautiful and secluded, I felt so relaxed and calm there. The host is so welcoming and nice, they prepared me a big yummy breakfast, with fruit and dessert. 10 out of 10 experience, highly recommended.

Positive: I really enjoyed the bedroom and it had a mosquito net. I did like the free breakfast each morning. The host was really nice, and was realiable. I also liked the view of the mountains. Then, I liked sitting outside. The bathroom outhouse was good too.

Negative: There were a little bit of ant problems, but not too serious.

Positive: Everything was perfect. It's in such a beautiful and peaceful setting. Lovely owners. There is a microwave and fridge and kettle, hot shower, mosquito net, bicycle, everything you might need. It's near the bus station, and the night market, and a great Japanese Thai fusion cafe. I loved it. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Positive: Everything! It was the best stay we had in Thailand so far. It was a lovely small house with a fantastic view, amazing buffalo neighbors, and a wonderfully tasty (we chose vegetarian) breakfast, which also lasted for lunch. The host was very friendly and made our stay easy. He brought us a scooter, and if we had a question, he answered immediately.

Negative: Nothing. Bathroom was in a extra small cabin but it was the cleanest we had so far as all of the house.

Positive: Mr. Nung and his wife(house owners) are perfectionists. The house is so clean as other reviewed. Their Bathroom and shower facility is the one of most cleanest condition ever I have used in Thailand. Plus they provide me whole house for myself to ensure tranquility so no other guest will bother me although they got extra room. This house is perfect for a group or family with two bed rooms and living room(plus little kitchen) if you want to get most value out of this lodging. The location is fantastic since it is within walking distance of Chiangdao bus station and downtown. Mr. Nung has provided a bike so that I can go around freely. They provide a breakfast whichever you wants every morning. He comes before the night falls to turn on all the light so that I feel like home plus walk safely from entrance to your bedroom. Surrounding around his lodging, it's magnificent .Buffalos are welcoming you and so peaceful to watch them and beautiful mountain you can gaze all day. Thank you so much for making me feel at home. 🙏

Negative: Toilet and shower are in the downstairs in case if you need to go often during the night.
