Positive: The house was very pleasant. It was clean, modern, warm (we were there in the autumn), and had some board games available for the children. The area was really quiet. Access to the cycle lane ("voie verte").

Negative: There was a mismatch between the website description and the reality. For example, there was no toilet paper provided (although this was resolved promptly after addressing it with the owner).
