The apt. has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom is small with a twin bed also there is a full bath off the master , fully equipped kitchen, dishes, pots, pans ect. washer/dryer and living room. It is centrally located on a quiet, safe dead end st. It has off street parking with a small fenced in yard. Window ac's in the two bedrooms. It is within walking distance to Cliff Walk, Tennis Hall of Fame, restaurants and shopping.

Summary: This is a lovely cottage, with everything you need. The location cannot be beat. It is a 5 minute walk to the Cliff Walk and beach...and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful downtown area. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and even helped in finding a dog sitter. The street that the cottage is located on is idyllic. It is very quiet and serene. I will absolutely visit here again...I stayed for a month, and truly wish it was 2 months! One call out, the bathroom is located in the master bedroom, was not an issue for me or my guests. And, plenty of space to park your car!

Summary: Quite street , lovely cottage close to everything Newport offers. Make sure you visit the Farmers Market every Wednesday afternoon. Only two blocks away.

Summary: Such a cute, clean and cozy place! It has a washer/dryer in the kitchen which is a great plus! Fantastic location! Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We rented this beautiful quaint guest suite without realizing what a terrific location and just how well allocated the three room space was. We were delighted the minute we walked in and did not regret a moment of our 6 week stay. Each room has its charm and the children's room with its twin bed has amazing windows/light and was my favorite room in the house. The beginning of the Cliff Walk is 7 minutes (walking) down the street with 2nd Beach 2 minutes past that. The Tennis Hall of Fame, the Creamery and downtown Newport Wednesday's Farmer's Market is a 5 minute walk, just around the corner. The guest house itself is off the main road, quiet, shaded by a large beautiful tree with just enough space outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. Perfect small family getaway.
