Negative: Our room was satisfactory, the room didn’t look like any of the pictures online, and it was located right on the side of the storage room which looked un kept and not too clean looking.

Positive: Location was great! Can easily walk to Thames St and the cute shops. Rooms were very clean and AC worked very well.
Negative: It is an old colonial building so the rooms are small but we didn’t mind because the location is so great.

Positive: The location is excellent, perfect for an easy walk to the wharf and multiple dining options. The cliff walk and mansions, and other key sites, were an easy drive. We appreciated the breakfast with hot options such as eggs and pancakes.
Negative: The bathroom in our room was microscopic (no room for anything on the sink other than a toothbrush), and the air conditioning, which we only needed because the window in our room would have opened to the parking lot, cycled on and off constantly, which was noisy at night.

Positive: Very nice with old world colonial charm. Room are small but very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding! Plentiful parking, just a 10 minute walk to the wharf!
Negative: The main door to the house did not latch shut

Positive: Very charming property, great location to walk around Newport, the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. They had a homemade breakfast every morning with coffee juice & fruit, which was good.
Negative: The room was pretty small, hardly any space for luggage or to walk around the bed.
