Positive: Check-in with Kim was excellent. Very accommodating and hospitable. She also Cooke breakfast to order.

Negative: Sidewalks tot beside entrance was icy and not salted. As a result I fell hurting my right knee, elbow and hip.

Summary: We have stayed here a few times in the past and it’s always been quiet and comfortable.

Positive: This was the perfect romantic getaway. Check in was a breeze. The room was comfy and had a romantic vibe. It was centrally located walking distance to everything. The hot breakfast was delicious!

Negative: The bed sinks in the middle and needs to be changed. You can’t hear a lot of noises in the building and from the road.

Summary: We liked the charm of the place and the breakfast was provided. Being close to many restaurants and shops was lovely too

Positive: Excellent location, walking distance from downtown where the restaurants and stores are. Also close to the mansions, directly at Bellevue Av. Large room. Nice breakfast.

Negative: Wifi router was right above the bed and it’s bright light made it hard to sleep - we had to cover it with some clothes.

Positive: Absolutely loved the location. Close to Thames and that Picnic Cafe is just a perfect place for breakfast and lunch options. But...no need to go out for breakfast as the breakfast at the Manor was delicious with many options. The room was spacious, clean, HVAC worked well, was well-lit and a quiet location with a porch to sit and enjoy morning coffee. The staff was very friendly and accessible.

Negative: Not one thing. It was perfect and better than I expected!

Summary: So relaxing, conveniently located, and well maintained.
