Summary: From arrival to departure our stay was excellent. Hotel very clean, bars dining and lounges all immaculate. Easy walk into Bowness. Would stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: Beautiful hotel with character and history located in easy walking or driving distance from the centre of bowness. We had a garden view room with a small section of the lake and it was very peaceful. Very good value for money and all staff fantastic, would highly recommend.

Summary: From reading a few reviews about it being a bit dated I was a bit reluctant to go but glad we did. Our room was huge and the hotel staff( the guy on reception was lovely ) The hotel is beautiful and quirky I loved it. .The only thing was the room was so hot during the night with windows open though there was a fan provided I Just couldn't be bothered to put it on so that's more on us than the hotel.. I would definitely return Thankyou
