Positive: Lovely house, comfy beds and sofas, lovely kitchen and great home comforts.

Negative: Bathroom in need of repair. The mastic around the bath has worn and has peeled away from the wall, a tile is loose, and the showerhead is blocked. When showering, water must be going down the side of the bath as there is a large damp patch on the ceiling above the dining table.

Positive: so clean, very cozy! location was lovely. so near to the shops and the beach! most comfortable bed i’ve ever stayed in.

Negative: neighbours were a bit noisy on one night but that stopped very quickly.

Summary: it was very cozy and we got to explore the place lots.

Positive: Everything, quiet, modern and clean, spacious living room, close to Sandbanks beach, only 20 min walk, nice coffee shop round the corner.

Negative: Only one thing, couldn’t use the BBQ as previous people/s hadn’t cleaned the grill, don’t get why people don’t clean the grill immediately after use😭
