Summary: Lovely staff, clean room, serviced daily, breakfast continental only, limited bar, lovely sitting room, convenient to restaurant, off street parking.

Summary: All as expected and nothing to complain about really. The room was decent size, furnished nicely and the bed was comfy. Bathroom grouting showing bit of wear and mirror starting to deliver at bottom but overall still a tidy impression. The continental breakfast was rather underwhelming but the service with a smile made up for it! The location was super with proximity of the beach and a really good local hostelry offering decent selection of meals and liquid refreshments.A sound 4 star establishment that a bit of money on refurb and breakfast could be a 5 star winner!

Summary: Booked a room with a double bed but only had a single bed and was not willing to make up room with double bed as his staff had left for the day and was not willing to offer room upgrade with a double bed I don’t sleep to well single beds I have stayed here every month for the past 5-6 months so might not stay again Gentleman’s response was he is elderly and not to bothered as feels he does not need the booking, not very good customer service
