The Garden Cottage is a modern, open plan cottage set in the affluent and desirable area of Branksome Park, Poole. The cottage offers all the expected mod cons and luxurious touches associated from a Boutique retreat. With 2 bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangement it offers excellent family or friends orientated accommodation.
The cottage is approached along a quiet and secluded residential street. Parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway and there is plenty of on-street parking. Upon entering the property you are greeted with an exceptionally bright, vaulted open plan living space. The cozy lounge area includes a large comfy sofa with flat screen TV, HI-Fi, WIFI and log burning stove. If required the sofa can be opened into double bed. The kitchen contains all new, modern appliances including an oven, electric hobs, dishwasher, nespresso machine and microwave. A basic welcoming kit is provided on arriving. Plenty of storage is available and includes an integrated fridge and freezer. The dinning table can comfortably seat 6 persons. Large patio doors give access to the secluded and peaceful garden. Outdoor seating and dinning options are provided on the main patio and deck area.
Climbing a few stairs leads to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom next to the family toilet, shower room and separate laundry. The light and airy master bedroom contains a king size bed, wardrobe and draw spaces and flatscreen TV. Connected is the en-suite with bath / shower, toilet and sink with vanity mirror. The second bedroom contains a double bed which can be separated into 2 singles as required. High quality linings and towels are provided. All bedding and towels are changed every 7 days.
The cottage is only a 15 minute walk from either the centre of Westbourne and all the trendy shops, bars and restaurants that it has to offers or beach access through Branksome Chine. Further afield there is easy access onto the A35 or A338 which will take you into Poole Quay or the Bournemouth town centre respectively.

Summary: The property was in a quiet residential area but well placed for accessing all of the beautiful surrounding areas. Able to walk to the beach and do lots of sightseeing. Lots of great places to eat. The cottage itself was immaculate and very modern and comfortable with a lovely private outside space in good weather. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay at the Garden Cottage! Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Fully equipped with everything you need. Only 10-15min walk to the Beach or next Pub. Very much recommended!

Summary: The home was the most beautifully decorated space for us to use for our wedding weekend. Will look amazing in pictures. Ashley and Ashleigh were so accomodating letting us check in early and use the space with our suppliers. Was perfect location to the italian villa and plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids. Couldnt fault it.

Summary: The cottage is modern, exceptionally well appointed and maintained. We were all very comfortable and slept well. A quiet, private situation. Unlike many places in the area - access to the beach was an easy walk - only slightly hilly. I appreciated this very much as, due to health problems, hill walking is not my forte. The location overall is superb. We had a great holiday: 5* all round.

Summary: The property is as described, very well appointed inside and out and well maintained. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees. This venue was booked for a family get together, but I'd happily stay here again as a couple or with friends. Whilst this was a fairly low-key break and mostly about just spending quality time together as a family, we did have some very minor queries and the hosts Ash and Ashleigh were very accessible and quick to help with these.

Summary: Property was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. There was lots of room for the whole family and the seating outside was wonderful. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Summary: A very nice property in an excellent and quiet location between Bournemouth and Poole. Parking for two cars was a real benefit for two adult couples and the two bathrooms ( one en- suite and one next to the second, smaller bedroom)were a real bonus. The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with plenty of space for four adults ( two couples) to share comfortably. We found the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was well equipped with garden furniture and great to have as we were able have breakfast outside on the patio. It was an easy walk downbank to the beach through a very nice area. Ashley was an excellent host and was helpful but never intrusive. We all said how much we had enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The house has a great open plan layout with plenty of light and was very well presented and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is a south facing garden area with outdoor seating and a table. The location is good for the beach and the promenade. We'd stay again

Summary: We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property, set in a stunning location in Bournemouth. The property was even nicer than in the photos, the finish was of the highest of standards, and with a lovely outdoor space too. Ashley and Ashleigh were very responsive on the build up to our trip, and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. The property is just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Bournemouth, it was like being in California, as well as being close by to Sandy Balls and the amazing Durdle Door, if you are feeling adventurous. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a break on the south coast, and we hope to visit again in the future.
