Positive: Amazing location close to beaches and old town with an easy walk to the train station. Beautiful, spacious room with great furnishings and tons of light.

Positive: Everything; location, furniture's style, cleanliness, stuff help. Highly recommended and I wish I extended my stay in it.

Negative: NO lift, our rooms were in 3rd floor with 4 big bags.

Positive: Perfect location, next to the center but in a quiet street. The rooms are very modern, new and spacious. Great shower

Negative: The bed is pretty small and not comfortable, which was not expected for such a structure. This definitely needs improvement. There is no elevator in the building, which wasn’t a problem for us but should be noted for other travelers

Positive: We were able to stay in one of their brand new rooms with a balcony. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. The owner of the hotel is very kind and easy to get ahold of if needed. I really liked that the room used a pin number and we didn't need to carry a room key. It was in a great location, near many shops and stores. It was about a 15 minute walk from the Nice-Ville station, but there is also a tram stop that is a short walk from the hotel. We loved the soaking tub! The AC worked great and it had a mini fridge too.

Negative: The only downside to this hotel is that there isn't a lift, so you'll find yourself going up multiple flights of stairs. There isn't much they can do about this. However, the owner helped us carry our luggage to our room and it was worth it for the excellent experience we had!

Positive: Amazing room and amazing location. Especially for the price. Sauna and tub and balconies were fantastic

Negative: WiFi is unprotected so immediately got many and repeat hacking attempts. Luckily my computer blocked them all but made WiFi unusable. Also didn’t provide clean sheets or towels, just re folded them when they cleaned the room. Manager/check in experience was not very hospitable. Was like 30 seconds and no one to help with bags. Was just talked at for the walk up the stairs and that was the end of it. Construction on going and locks didn’t feel very secure because of that but we figured out that everyone had unique locks to the main door. At first we were concerned that all the doors used the same code so anyone could access any room.

Summary: Amazing rooms and location, would stay again but would have preferred better management.
