Summary: I wouldn’t consider this a five star hotel. We spent over $1k per night and compared to the Anantara (a four star hotel) this was definitely not worth it. The carpets in the hallways were stained, the headboard of our room was dirty, the terrace was super small. The shower was incredibly loud and the water temperature was never consistent.

Summary: The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and also the spa treatments. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is the outdoor pool space, the pool is great but there isn’t enough places for all guests while there are many unoccupied tables, my expectation is that it would be versatile according to the hour in the day

Summary: I love this property. Since I first stayed at the hotel 6 years ago, I appreciate the area around, especially since the underground was built and you can easily get here from airport. The rooms a big and stylish. Beds are comfy. Stuff is super kind and personal. Design, once been on a cutting edge, still looks appealing.

Summary: Room layouts were odd. No chair in room, TV not easily visible from bed, twin bed arrangements were too complex due to built in headboard on wall- rest of hotel was good. Didnt use restaurant as didnt want Italian food.
