Summary: Such a great space. Right near the water. Quiet and peaceful and the promenade to Beaulieux and beautiful beaches and views, starts across the street. It is gorgeous anytime of day. Christophe was a great host. He met us and explained everything. Gave us some great tips on places to visit and ways to get there. Would love to come back again. Parking worked great for us, but there is a bus stop across the street and plenty to see that is walkable.

Summary: Very central apartment. Huge balcony with beautiful views of the marina and the mediterranean sea. Spacious rooms. Clean. A kitchen that is very well equipped. The host was very accomodating. The best beach is 5 minutes away by foot. I would highly recommend this place!

Summary: A great place, in a great location if you want to be close to the center of Cap Ferrat. You have a beach nearly outside the house and other beaches a short walk away. We didn't miss anything in the apartment and with a balcony, what more could you ask for? Great beds, we slept very well and that without even using the AC. Can only recommend the place and especially the Christophe who is very nice an communicative. So, if we come back to Cap Ferrat, this is the place to stay!
