This is a cosy, bright, personalized apartment on the top floor of a well-maintained property from the 1950s. Windows in three directions provide space and atmosphere. The living room is centrally located in the apartment and furnished with a sofa set, TV, stereo, small tables, and a dining table for up to six people. From here, there is access to a beautiful terrace surrounded by large green plants, furnished with sun loungers and tables with accompanying chairs in French style. Awnings can be extended over the entire balcony to create a lush oasis during the warmest days. All French doors have new electric blinds.
Next to the living room, with its access to the large terrace, is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and wardrobe. There is also a cabinet with a washing machine and dryer. Adjacent to the room is a small workspace with a desk and a modern mosaic bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower.
At the other end of the apartment is a larger bedroom facing the quiet courtyard with sunrise and unobstructed views of rooftops and nearby hills. Summary: This appartment is very well located, central, in a "chic" neighbourhood, close to tramway stations (Durandy directly leading to/from airport, Jean Médecin) and to major supermarket & shopping center, and touristic attractions, and big hotels on Paillon (walking distance). The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The balcony is a vast terrace. There are views on "montagne de Nice", mont Boron, and the Modern Art Museum.

Summary: This was a great apartment to stay in for a trip to Nice. There were two of us, one to a bedroom, but the space was large enough for four to have more than enough comfort. The apartment had tons of charm from the living room to the wonderful terrace unlike many generic listings you see these days. Just as importantly, the location was ideal. It’s only a five minute walk to old town and the beachfront, but because you are in a separate neighborhood, you avoid the noise and crowds associated with old town. Also a five minute walk from the tram direct from the airport, and an even shorter walk to the tram to the regional train station. Plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby too. The hosts were very communicative and helpful as well, providing tips and help whenever asked. All in all, this was a great stay for me, and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Summary: Great visit to Nice! This apartment is centrally located, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, old town and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed the cute balcony and were there during a heat wave so it was nice they had air-conditioning.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this cozy apartment during our visit to Nice. The location is perfect - close to the Promenade, the beaches, the old town, the Chagall museum, and the train station, but on a quiet street and on the top floor so it’s quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The owner left a terrific handbook that gave CLEAR instructions on how to use all the appliances, the air conditioning, etc. We also appreciated having an elevator in the building. Would definitely stay here again!
