3 Bedroom House in Budens

I fell in love with the house when I went into the lounge diner. I loved the large windows with so much light and the views. We wanted a house that had 3 bedrooms so the children could bring friends or we could come out with our parents. It is very spacious.
Unlimited internet. TV box with 40 English speaking channels. Netflix app available via TV, you login in with your details.
It has a spacious balcony with space to eat outside, you could even eat out there if its raining (which is quite rare as far as we are concerned). There are lots of different areas to sit outside. There is a front garden where you can watch the sunset in the evening, or the back garden under the palm trees. The back garden is not fully enclosed and not suitable for unsupervised younger children. We have some light but very comfortable sun chairs, which are easy to move around to the area you feel like lounging around in. If you want to lie out in the sun there are plenty of loungers in the pool area, which is restricted use to the owners and their guests at Quinta Do Montinho. The pool area has toilets and showers, plus the use of a fridge to keep your food and drink cool if you want to spend all day by the pool, perfect.
Well stocked kitchen for those that want to cook. Oven with spit roast. Microwave. Coffee maker. Fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher.

Summary: After nearly 30 years of experience renting various properties in the area we can safely say that this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The house is truly a "home from home in the sun" It is very clean, comfortable and well furnished. everything about it makes you wish you could stay there longer. Added to which the views are spectacular. We would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends, and indeed we are thinking of returning to it sometime next year.

Summary: This was our 5th visit to Parc de Floresta and we love it here. It is tranquil and beautiful. Our accommodation was very good in terms of space and location and we would definitely book this villa again. I’m already thinking about next year.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and large apartment. There is a wind-protected balcony with a beautiful distant view towards the sea. The sheltered location is important because it is a very windy place (permanent, strong northwest wind). The pool a few steps down in the complex is also very nice and large and deep enough for swimming and diving. Beautiful beaches are only a few minutes away by car. Salema is a very nice, small seaside village with nice beach and good restaurants. There is a supermarket 800 meters from the apartment. If you want, you can also play golf directly in sight of the apartment.

Summary: The townhome is fabulous and well Located in a beautiful quiet area. The kitchen is well stocked and the house had everything we needed. We could have used more toilet paper for a four night stay and it is really so much easier if the shampoo and conditioner is provided. It is very difficult to fly internationally with excessive toiletries. We were a few minutes drive to the beach and the towns in this area are very cute!

Summary: We stayed in a similar house year upon year when our kids were small so we were familiar with the area and setup. This rental house was one row down and everything was perfect. Great views of the countryside out to the sea, really really quite esp. at night. Fab pool which in June we had to ourselves for the 3 weeks. The house was very clean and has a great layout. You can dine in or out depending on how good or bad the weather is. The house looks small from the outside but is big and very well laid out inside. It had every appliance and facility that we needed including really good wifi (which we were not expecting). Close to Salema village which is picture perfecta and20misn form Lagos if you need some nightlife. You are also 20mins form the west coast where there are beaches that go on for miles and great for big wave body boarding and surfing. The host was great to work with and check in etc. was so easy, the host also checked in online to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

Summary: Our first time in this property, but not our first time in the Quinta Do Montinho area. The property was very well equipped, clean and very comfortable with a lovely balcony to enjoy evening sunsets, even when it was super windy. We hope to come back again next year!! Summary: We had a very comfortable week here. The views from the balcony, and sitting room, are lovely and you can hear the bells on the nearby cows and also the chimes from the church clock in the village. Plenty of kitchen equipment and tables inside and out to eat at, comfy sofas, comfy balcony chairs all great. Lots of hot water too Use of a lovely swimming pool down the hill and surrounded by pines
