Positive: It had great space, was very clean and in a great location. There was great socialising spaces, and enough bathrooms.
Negative: There was lots of facilities missing. The kitchen was only stocked with 5 forks and 9 bowls, which isn’t enough for the maximum capacity of 15 people - the forks especially causing enough of an issue. The booking also listed as having toiletries available, which was not true, and there were only 3 teabags available in the pot. There was also confusion over the check out date, with the host contradicting information on the welcome booklet and website.
Summary: It had great space in a great location, but was missing a lot of the key facilities.

Negative: Mouse droppings in the cupboard under the sink. Would have been helpful to know that we needed to take bath/shower gel and toilet paper.

Positive: Great house, very spacious, we were only a group of 5 but would and does comfortably sleep more. Central for our purposes with bus stop right outside, Reepham is a lovely village. Host was very helpful when we asked for assistance- would and probably will return.
